SEAGATE AND INFORTREND REWARDS PROGRAM VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW ELIGIBILITY: The Seagate and Infortrend Rewards Program (the "Program") is open to proprietors of and/or the individuals who hold purchasing authority for system builder companies domiciled in the fifty (50) United States or District of Columbia (“Participants”). Void where prohibited by law. Participants are responsible for confirming with their company any policies related to participating in programs such as this and participation is subject to such policies. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: The Program starts January 2, 2007 and ends June 30, 2007 ("Program Period"). Visit www.get-ahead.seagatestorage.com and complete and submit the registration form in its entirety. Limit one (1) registration per company. Participant will receive a marketing kit containing materials to aid him/her in promoting the Kit (as defined below) to his/her clients. For the purpose of this Program, a Kit is defined as one (1) participating EonStor Solution and six (6) participating Seagate Barracuda ES 750-GB Hard Drives. The participating Seagate Barracuda ES 750-GB Hard Drive model is STX ST3750640NS. The participating EonStor Solution models are: A16F-G2430, A16U-G2430, A16E-G2130, A16F-R2431, S16F-G1430, S16F-R1430, S16S-G1030, S16S-R1030, A24F-G2224, A24F-R2224 and A24U-G2421. Seagate Barracuda ES 750-GB Hard Drives must be purchased through a Seagate Authorized Distributor and EonStor Solutions must be purchased through an Infortrend Distributor to be eligible for this Program. For each Kit (consisting of one (1) participating EonStor Solution and six (6) participating Seagate Barracuda ES 750-GB Hard Drives) purchased as specified above by a Participant during the Program Period, he/she will receive a $400 Visa Rewards Debit Card (“Reward”). There is a limit of six (6) Rewards per Participant (and the authorized company) for the entire Program Period, regardless of the number of Kits purchased. REWARD: $400 Visa Rewards Debit Card. Debit Card is subject to terms and conditions specified by Visa. Debit Card will be issued to the name of the individual whose name appears on the registration. Any question regarding eligibility will be resolved by Sponsors at their sole discretion. Allow eight (8) weeks for Reward delivery following purchase of Kit. All taxes and other costs and expenses on or related to Reward use and/or acceptance are the sole responsibility of the Reward recipient. Rewards cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash by recipients. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a Reward of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. All details are at the sole discretion of Sponsors (as defined below). GENERAL CONDITIONS: The Program is not valid in combination with any other offers or past purchases. By participating in the Program, Participants agree (i) to release, discharge and hold harmless Seagate Technology LLC, Infortrend (collectively, “Sponsors”), and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, and advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents (collectively, “Releasees”) from any liability or damages which may arise out of participation in the Program or out of the acceptance, use, misuse or possession of the Reward or products attained through this Program; and (ii) to the terms of this Program and to the decisions of Sponsors, which are final and binding in all aspects. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Releasees are not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, garbled, undelivered or damaged registrations, sales data or Rewards or other errors or problems of any kind relating to or in connection with the Program, whether printing, typographical, technical, computer, network. human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Program, the processing of registration or sales data, the announcement of the Reward or in any Program-related materials. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Program or who are otherwise not in compliance with these terms as solely determined by Sponsors will be disqualified. Sponsors reserve the right to verify eligibility qualifications of Reward recipients. Sponsors reserve the right to cancel this Program at any time.
